Shipping policy
Orders
- Orders are processed very carefully by mastromanga.com in order to best execute and organize the work towards the customer.
- Orders are processed in the best and shortest possible time since this is executed and confirmed by the customer through the purchase and payment.
- After the purchase, the customer will receive a confirmation email where the item or items purchased will be listed, the amount he paid, the reference order number and the shipping time.
- All items listed on the mastromanga.com website (EXCLUDING Pre-order items) are to be understood as available for order, this is due to the simultaneous presence of several users on the site, the products could be sold and purchased by other customers before the order confirmation.
- Once the shipment has been prepared and taken care of by the courier, mastromanga.com will proceed to communicate the tracking code to the customer via email (for shipping times read paragraph "Shipping times").
- All prices indicated on the mastromanga.com website include VAT.
- In the case of choosing insured shipping for pre-order items with the payment method "Deposit and balance", "Deposit" and "Rate MastroManga", the actual cost for insured shipping will be calculated once the order is about to be processed. The cost indicated at checkout is purely indicative.
Shipping times
Mastromanga.com informs that shipping times can vary from a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 4 weeks, this is due to the simultaneous presence of more users on the site, and consequently with the increase in purchases some items may be re-stocking, in this regard the following items are inserted in the description of each item:
- Stock Jap: items in stock in Japan, shipping and delivery time in these cases is on average 2/4 weeks.
- Stock Ita: items in stock in Italy, shipping and delivery time in these cases is on average 2/4 days.
- Available from supplier: items available from supplier, shipping and delivery times depend on the supplier's fulfillment (about 1 week).
If not indicated, the timing will be 2/4 days depending on the availability in stock.
If an item is sold out and no longer in production, the customer will be promptly informed and the refund will be made for the sold-out item(s).
These timings do not apply to products sold and purchased in Pre-order and/or items purchased and sold exclusively at the customer's request (see Pre-order).
For any delay or disruption not attributed to the work of mastromanga.com, the customer will be promptly informed.
Shipping Policy
- Mastromanga.com always offers and applies free shipping only for purchases and shipments within Italian territory (items requested by the customer and not listed on the site are excluded on which the shipping cost will be determined based on the dimensions, weight and value of the item itself).
For purchases and shipments to countries within the EU territory and area, the shipping cost will be shown in the appropriate section at the time of payment.
- Free shipping does not apply to items NOT present on the site and purchased by mastromanga.com at the request of the buyer.
- Cash on delivery is not available for pre-order items.
- Under no circumstances will mastromanga.com be responsible for damage due to transport once it has been entrusted to the courier, and/or any delays in the delivery of orders.
- Once the order has been processed by mastromanga.com and the tracking data has been sent to the customer, it is the latter's responsibility to monitor the status of the shipment. mastromanga.com is absolutely not responsible for any problems, delays, failure to issue the notice of passage or stock by the courier.
- If upon receipt of the order by the customer, it shows signs of visible damage or tampering with the package, the customer must accept it "With Reservation" and must be entered by the courier as a note to the delivery, in this way it will be possible to request a refund (to the courier) based on the damage received by the courier. Please note that in the case of a refund request by the courier, this will be made based on the shipping and insurance chosen by the customer.
Specifically for shipments, couriers provide in any case by law a basic insurance that covers the carrier's responsibility for any loss or damage during transport. Vector Liability is governed by art. 10 of Legislative Decree. N.286/2005 for national shipments (max. reimbursement limit 1€/kg), and from the CMR in case of international shipments (max. compensation limit €8.33 for each gross kg of lost and/or damaged goods).
For shipments insured for the entire value of the order, the reimbursement requestable from the courier will be the total value of the order.
- Mastromanga.com offers free shipping which offers basic insurance that covers the carrier's liability for any loss or damage during transport. Vector Liability is governed by art. 10 of Legislative Decree. N.286/2005 for national shipments (max. reimbursement limit 1€/kg), and from the CMR in case of international shipments (max. compensation limit €8.33 for each gross kg of lost and/or damaged goods). Each order that the customer wants to insure for the entire order value will be required and given the option to be insured (in the appropriate section), it will be the customer's responsibility to choose whether or not to use this option.
In case of choosing a NON-INSURED shipping service for the entire value of the order (it is recommended to INSURE THE SHIPMENT FOR THE ENTIRE VALUE OF THE ORDER ALWAYS), mastromanga.com will in no case be held responsible for any loss or disservice of the chosen courier being RESPONSIBILITY AND WILL of the buyer the choice of an economical and UNINSURED shipment for the entire value of the order.
- Every product we ship is packaged and protected in the best possible way, but there is no guarantee that no damage will be caused during transport.

It is at the discretion of mastromanga.com to choose the courier when processing any order.
Mastromanga.com assumes no responsibility for inefficiencies attributable to force majeure or fortuitous event, even if dependent on malfunctions and inefficiencies of the internet network, in the event that it is unable to execute the order within the time provided for by the contract. The availability of each item is for information only, it is not contractual and no responsibility can be attributed to the seller in case of unavailability of one or more products.
